STATE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL RULES 2004 - REG 25
25 . Service of summons
(1) A summons in an
approved form must be served —
(a) by
the party who requested its issue, unless the Tribunal orders otherwise; or
(b) if
it is issued at the initiative of the Tribunal, as ordered by the Tribunal.
(2) A summons must be
served on the person to whom it is addressed by personal service.
(3) The party who
requested the issue of a summons to produce a document or thing must serve a
copy of the summons on each other party as soon as practicable after the
summons has been served on the person to whom it is addressed.
(4) When a summons to
a witness is served, a sufficient sum must be provided as conduct money.
