STATE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL RULES 2004 - REG 19

19 .         Authentication of decision: section 74 of Act

                For the purposes of the Act section 74, a decision of the Tribunal is authenticated by —

            (a)         being signed by a member of the Tribunal or the executive officer and having the seal of the Tribunal affixed to it; or

            (b)         being recorded in the ECMS and being confirmed by an entry into the ECMS made by a member of the Tribunal or by the executive officer.
