Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A police officer
or employee who is given a sample under regulation 49(3)(f) or 50(2)(e)
must cause that sample to be delivered promptly to the Director of the
Chemistry Centre (WA) for analysis.
(2) The Director of
the Chemistry Centre (WA) must —
(a)
cause a sample delivered under subregulation (1) to be analysed by an
analyst to determine whether, and to what extent, any drugs referred to in
Schedule 3 are present in the sample; and
(b) give
a copy of the results of the analysis to the Commissioner of Police.
