analyst means a person approved under
regulation 46(2);
approved testing equipment means equipment
approved by the Director of the Chemistry Centre (WA) for the purpose of
testing urine under regulation 50(1a);
blood sampling equipment means the equipment
prescribed by regulation 47(1);
police officer or employee means a police officer
or an employee, within the meaning of the Public Sector Management
Act 1994 , who carries out duties for the Western Australian Police
Service;
sample collector means a medical practitioner or a
person approved under regulation 46(1)(b);
sampling equipment means blood sampling equipment
or urine sampling equipment;
technologist means —
(a) a
person who is registered as an analyst under section 203 of the
Health Act 1911 ; or
(b) a
person approved under regulation 46(1)(a);
urine sampling equipment means the equipment
prescribed by regulation 47(2).
