Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The following
records are prescribed in relation to a crowd control agent for the purposes
of section 78(1)(a) —
(a) an
incident register containing the particulars required by regulation 40;
and
(b)
general records containing the particulars required by regulation 41.
(2) An incident
register is to be kept in the form of a permanently bound book with
sequentially numbered pages.
