and circumstances are prescribed under section 28(2)(e) —
(aa) a
person appointed under the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999
section 44 to carry out an inquiry under that section, while acting in
the ordinary course of that inquiry;
(ab) a
person appointed under the Prisons Act 1981 section 9 to carry out
an inquiry under that section, while acting in the ordinary course of that
inquiry;
(a) a
person directed under section 11 of the Public Sector
Management Act 1994 to hold a special inquiry, while acting in the
ordinary course of that inquiry;
(b) a
person authorised under section 24 of the Public Sector
Management Act 1994 to conduct an investigation, while acting in the
ordinary course of that investigation;
(c) a
person directed under section 81 of the Public Sector
Management Act 1994 to conduct an investigation, while acting in the
ordinary course of that investigation;
(d) a
person directed under section 86 of the Public Sector
Management Act 1994 to hold a disciplinary inquiry, or a special
disciplinary inquiry, while acting in the ordinary course of that inquiry;
(e) a
person employed or engaged to assist a person referred to in
paragraph (aa), (ab), (a), (b), (c) or (d), while acting in the ordinary
course of that person’s inquiry or investigation.
