Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations An authority obtained
by a driver of a tow truck under these regulations to tow or salvage a
vehicle —
(a) does
not commit a member of the Police Force, or the Commissioner, to any personal
liability, cost or charge;
(b) is
evidence only of the giving of an authority for the removal of the vehicle and
in respect of salvage and storage connected therewith, but not for the
carrying out of any repair or for any other purpose.
