Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A compliance notice
must —
(a) be
in writing in a form approved by the Director General;
(b) if
the vehicle has a defect that requires rectification — specify the
defect;
(c) in
any other case — state the reason for issuing the notice;
(d) set
out each direction given in respect of the vehicle under
regulation 61(2);
(e)
state the time and day on which the notice comes into force (which may be a
later time and day than the time and day that the notice is issued); and
(f) set
out any directions given under regulation 61(3).
