Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This
regulation applies to a trailer whether or not it forms part of a
combination.
(2) A person must not
drive the first or only motor vehicle towing a trailer on a road unless the
trailer complies with the requirements in Schedule 1 applying to the
trailer (other than as a vehicle forming part of a combination).

(3) A person must not
permit a trailer to be towed on a road unless the trailer complies with the
requirements in Schedule 1 applying to the trailer (other than as a
vehicle forming part of a combination).
