Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This
regulation applies to a motor vehicle whether or not it forms part of a
combination.
(2) A person must not
drive a motor vehicle on a road unless the vehicle complies with the
requirements in Schedule 1 applying to the vehicle (other than as a
vehicle forming part of a combination).

(3) A person must not
permit a motor vehicle to be driven on a road unless the vehicle complies with
the requirements in Schedule 1 applying to the vehicle (other than as a
vehicle forming part of a combination).
