ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) RULES 2002 - REG 23

23 .         Ability to travel backwards and forwards

                A motor vehicle with an unloaded mass over 450 kg must be able to be driven both backwards and forwards when the driver is in the normal driving position.
