ROAD TRAFFIC (BLOOD SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS) REGULATIONS 1975 - REG 4

4 .         Sampling

                A blood sample taken in pursuance of these regulations shall be taken by means of equipment (in these regulations called the sampling equipment ) provided for that purpose by a body approved by the Minister and by no other means.
