Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Parts 5, 6 and 7 of
the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2002 apply to and in
relation to bicycles as if —
(a)
bicycles were motor vehicles; and
(b)
these regulations were part of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)
Regulations 2002 .
