Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person shall not
use a vehicle of which the licence is held in contravention of the provisions
of any Act or these regulations.
(2) Where a licence is
lawfully suspended or cancelled or has been obtained by misrepresentation or
fraud, or is held in contravention of the provisions of any Act or these
regulations, the licence holder shall, on demand by a member of the Police
Force, forthwith deliver up the licence.
(3) The holder of a
licence shall, within 21 days after every change of his address or place
of business as stated in the licence, give notice in writing of the change to
the Director General.
