Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The Director General
shall, on payment of the relevant fee prescribed under the
Road Traffic (Charges and Fees) Regulations 2006 , issue a duplicate or
certified copy of a vehicle licence that has been lost or destroyed, to the
person named in the licence or, in the event of his death, to his executor or
administrator.
