Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person shall not
use, or permit or suffer a person in his employ to use, a vehicle licensed as
of Class C, unless the licence is carried on the vehicle.
(2) The holder of a
Class B or Class C licence or a person having it in his possession shall
produce the licence to a member of the Police Force, on demand.
(3)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to a vehicle to which
section 100(2) of the Act applies.
