Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) In addition to the
rear light prescribed by regulation 6, there must be symmetrically fitted
to each side of the rear of an animal drawn vehicle a reflector,
that —
(a) is
so placed that it is not higher than 1.5 m from the ground; and
(b) is
capable of projecting a red reflection of light from the lamp of any following
vehicle.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to an animal drawn vehicle to which a
reflector is affixed in accordance with regulation 9.
