Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the load of an
animal drawn vehicle projects more than 1.2 m beyond the rearmost portion
of the vehicle, or if the load of a pole-type trailer projects beyond the rear
end of the pole, a lamp capable of showing a clear red light must be fitted
upon the extreme rear of the load.
(2) The light required
by this regulation to be fitted is in addition to the rear light required
by regulation 6, and a person must not place the rear light required by
regulation 6 upon the extreme end of the load.
