Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A driver shall not
permit a signalling device to be operated, except for the purpose of giving a
signal in accordance with the provisions of these regulations (including
operation as part of the vehicle’s hazard warning lights).

(2) A driver shall not
permit a signalling device on the vehicle to remain in operation after the
completion of the turn in respect of which the device was put into operation.
