Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the
purposes of this Division, the Commissioner of Police may declare a person or
class of persons to be an authorised person.
(2) Notice of a
declaration under subregulation (1) is to be published in the Gazette .
