267 . Leading animals
(1) A person riding an
animal must not lead more than one other animal.
Modified penalty: 1 PU
(2) A person must not
lead an animal, while riding in a motor vehicle, or more than 2 animals while
riding in any other vehicle that is not an animal.
Modified penalty: 1 PU
(3) A person must not
drive a vehicle (that is not an animal) if an animal tethered to that vehicle
is walking or running behind or alongside the vehicle when the vehicle is
moving.
Points: 3 (if the vehicle is a motor vehicle)
Modified penalty: 2 PU
