Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This regulation is
subject to any other provisions of these regulations prescribing a maximum
speed for any vehicle lower than that prescribed by this regulation.
(2) A person shall not
drive a vehicle to which a trailer or other vehicle is attached at a speed
exceeding 100 km/h.

(3) A person shall not
drive a vehicle, the GVM of which, taking into account any trailer attached
and including the total load carried, is more than 12 t, at a speed exceeding
100 km/h.

(4) A person shall not
drive a bus with a GVM over 5 t at a speed exceeding 100 km/h.

(5) The several speeds
prescribed by this regulation apply to the respective classes of vehicle
therein mentioned, notwithstanding the existence of speed zones that permit
higher speeds for other classes of vehicles.
