Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A driver of a vehicle
on a carriageway passing a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction shall
keep to the left of that vehicle unless —
(a) the
driver is turning right at an intersection;
(b) the
driver is passing an oncoming vehicle turning right at the intersection; and
(c)
there is no road sign or road marking indicating that the driver must pass to
the left of the oncoming vehicle.
