ROAD TRAFFIC CODE 2000 - REG 114

114 .         Keeping to the left of oncoming vehicles

                A driver passing a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction shall keep to the left of that vehicle unless —

            (a)         the driver is turning right at an intersection;

            (b)         the driver is passing an oncoming vehicle turning right at the intersection; and

            (c)         there is no road sign or road marking indicating that the driver must pass to the left of the oncoming vehicle.
