Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A towing vehicle, a
pilot vehicle and an escort vehicle may be fitted with a flashing amber light
in accordance with regulation 11 which may only be operated
while —
(a) the
towing vehicle is towing, on a road, an agricultural
implement —
(i)
at night-time; or
(ii)
exceeding 2.5 m in width and 25 m in length; or
(iii)
the shape and dimensions of which are such as to obscure
the driver’s rearward view;
(b) the
pilot motor vehicle is piloting an agricultural combination which is being
used on a road; or
(c) the
escort motor vehicle is escorting an agricultural combination which is being
used on a road,
as the case requires.
