Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The mass of a
towed implement being towed on a road by a towing vehicle other than an
agricultural machine must not exceed twice the unloaded mass of the towing
vehicle.
(2) In this
regulation —
agricultural machine has the meaning given to that
term in the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2002 ;
unloaded mass has the same meaning as it has in
the Vehicle Standards.
