Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations If a provision of
these regulations requires the use of a flashing amber light, the light and
its use must comply with Schedule 2 clauses 39(a) and (b) and 40,
and if the light is not a strobe light, clause 39(c) of the
Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2002 .
