ROAD TRAFFIC (TOWED AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS) REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 10

10 .         Clearance lights

        (1)         Where an agricultural implement with a width exceeding 2.5 m is towed on a road at night-time, a clearance light must be fitted to each side of that implement.

        (2)         In this regulation, clearance light means a light which, when lighted, gives an indication of the width of the towed implement from the front and from the rear of that implement.
