Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Where service is to be
effected outside the Commonwealth of Australia, the order giving leave to
serve notice of a writ out of the jurisdiction shall limit a time within which
the defendant to be served must enter an appearance, and the Court in fixing
that time shall have regard to the place or country where or within which the
notice of the writ is to be served.
