RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT 1971 - ORDER 10 RULE 3

3 .         Notice of writ

                Unless service is to be effected within the Commonwealth of Australia, leave granted under Rule 1 or 2 shall be leave for service out of the jurisdiction of notice of the writ and not the writ itself.
