RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT 1971 - ORDER 1 RULE 4C

4C .         Parties to notify settlement

                When any cause or matter is disposed of in whole or in part by settlement the solicitors for the parties to the settlement shall notify the Registrar in writing forthwith.
