27 . Prescribed circumstances where Minister may suspend or cancel a licence (Act Sch. 1 cl. 25)
(1) For the purpose of
clause 25(2)(g) of Schedule 1 to the Act, the circumstances to which
subregulation (2) applies are circumstances where the Minister may
suspend or cancel a licence under clause 25(1) of that Schedule.
(2) This subregulation
applies to the circumstances that, in the opinion of the Minister, in making a
decision to grant a licence to the licensee, the Minister has relied on
information that the licensee supplied to the Minister —
(a) that
the licensee knew to be false or misleading in a material particular;
(b) that
was false in a material particular and was supplied with reckless disregard as
to whether the information was false or misleading in a material particular;
or
(c) that
omitted some information without which the information supplied was, to the
licensee’s knowledge, misleading in a material particular.
