Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 30(2) of the Act, a warrant ordering a person to be returned
to the participating State in which the order of transfer was issued shall be
in or to the effect of Form 13.
(2) A warrant referred
to in subregulation (1) shall direct that the person who is the subject
of the warrant be returned to the prison in the participating State from which
the person was transferred pursuant to the order of transfer.
