Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Before issuing an
order for the transfer of a person in accordance with the provisions of
section 18, 19 or 20 of the Act, the Minister may enquire
of —
(a) the
person;
(b) the
Commissioner of Police; and
(c) the
chief executive officer 2 ,
whether or not, as far
as is known, every prosecution notice or charge alleging any offence by the
person against the law of Western Australia or any prison offence has been
finally dealt with or determined according to law.
