2 Under the Acts Amendment (Public Service) Act 1987
s. 31(1)(f) a reference in a written law to “Permanent
Head” is, unless the contrary intention appears, to be construed as if it
had been amended to be a reference to “chief executive officer”.
This reference was amended under the Reprints Act 1984
s. 7(5)(a).
