POLICE (KALGOORLIE TWO-UP GAMING) REGULATIONS 1983 - REG 3

3 .         Conditions relating to persons

        (1)         A person who is — 

            (a)         under the age of 18 years; or

            (b)         under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or alcohol and drugs, shall not be, or be permitted to be, in the designated area.

        (2)         Liquor, within the meaning of the Liquor Act 1970 , shall not be, and shall not be permitted to be, taken into or consumed within the designated area.
