except in an emergency, enters or leaves a conveyance other than through a
door intended for the use of passengers commits an offence.
Modified penalty: $200.
Penalty: $2 000.

Subregulation (1) does not apply to a driver, master, authorised person,
or a security officer acting in the proper exercise of his or her duties.
