PUBLIC TRANSPORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 39

39 .         Animals

                Unless authorised in writing by the chief executive officer, a person must not —

            (a)         drive on to Authority property; or

            (b)         negligently allow to stray on to Authority property,

                any cattle, horse, sheep, or other animal.

        Modified penalty: $400.

        Penalty: $2 000.
