PUBLIC TRANSPORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 38

38 .         Sewage etc.

                Unless authorised in writing by the chief executive officer, a person must not —

            (a)         permit to flow on to Authority property;

            (b)         place in or on Authority property; or

            (c)         cause or suffer to flow on to, or to be placed in or on, Authority property,

                any sewage or other offensive matter or drainage.

        Modified penalty: $400.

        Penalty: $2 000.
