without permission of an authorised person —
(a) park
a vehicle in or on any part of Authority property other than a part designated
for the time being for the parking of vehicles; or
(b)
stand a vehicle in or on any part of Authority property other than a part
designated for the time being for the parking or standing of vehicles.
Modified penalty: $50.
Penalty: $250.
