PUBLIC TRANSPORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 23

23 .         Persons to stay inside conveyance

                A person who —

            (a)         projects or leans any portion of his or her body; or

            (b)         projects an object,

                out of a conveyance commits an offence.

        Modified penalty: $100.

        Penalty: $500.
