PUBLIC TRANSPORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 22

22 .         Goods likely to spill, stain, or damage a conveyance

                A person who takes, or causes to be taken, onto a conveyance any thing which is likely to —

            (a)         spill; or

            (b)         stain or cause damage to a conveyance,

                commits an offence.

        Modified penalty: $100.

        Penalty: $500.
