PUBLIC TRANSPORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 18

18 .         Food and drink

                Unless authorised in writing by the chief executive officer, a person who consumes any drink or food in or on a conveyance commits an offence.

        Modified penalty: $100.

        Penalty: $500.
