PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 4

4 .         Prescribed independent departments for purposes of section 5(2)(a) of Act

                For the purposes of section 5(2)(a) of the Act — 

            (a)         the department designated as the Department of Environmental Protection; and

            (b)         the department designated as the Department of Planning and Urban Development  ² ,

                are prescribed as independent departments.
