18 .         Prescribed procedures for purposes of section 83(1)(b) and 85 of Act

                For the purposes of section 83(1)(b) and 85 of the Act, the procedures by which a respondent is to be charged with an alleged breach of discipline are that the employing authority must ensure, and must make a record of, the receipt of the written charge by the respondent.
