Western Australian Consolidated Regulations If the Commissioner
determines that a public sector body —
(a) has
not given a claimant the relief recommended by the Commissioner under
regulation 21 or any other relief the Commissioner considers appropriate; or
(b) has
not complied with any of these regulations,
the
Commissioner —
(c) may
give a written report setting out the facts and circumstances that gave rise
to that determination to —
(i)
the employing authority of the public sector body; and
(ii)
the Minister responsible for the public sector body;
and
(d) may
cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament.
