PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (BREACHES OF PUBLIC SECTOR STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 25

25 .         No further action to be taken for withdrawn or lapsed claims

        (1)         If a claim —

            (a)         is withdrawn under regulation 23(1); or

            (b)         lapses under regulation 24(3),

                no further action is to be taken under these regulations in relation to the claim.
