Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes of
section 10(1)(c) of the Act, the following are prescribed —
(a) the
Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency established by the
Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency Act 1997 (Commonwealth)
section 6 and known as Centrelink at the time that these regulations came
into operation;
(b) the
department of the Commonwealth public service principally assisting in the
administration of the Social Security Act 1991 (Commonwealth) and known
as the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous
Affairs at the time that these regulations came into operation;
(c) the
department of the Commonwealth public service principally assisting in the
administration of the Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency Act 1997
(Commonwealth) and known as the Department of Human Services at the time that
these regulations came into operation;
(d) the
department of the Commonwealth public service principally assisting in the
administration of the Migration Act 1958 (Commonwealth) and known as the
Department of Immigration and Citizenship at the time that these regulations
came into operation;
(e)
Medicare Australia established by the Medicare Australia Act 1973
(Commonwealth) section 4.
