PSYCHOLOGISTS REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 14

14 .         Change of name

        (1)         A psychologist must give the registrar written advice of any change to his or her name that is recorded in the register.

        Penalty: a fine of $1 000.

        (2)         The advice referred to in subregulation (1) must be given no later than 30 days after the change of name.
