PEARLING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 44H

44H .         Quarantine site not to be used for other purposes

                A licensee or permit holder shall not use a quarantine site except to hold pearl oysters for the purposes of quarantine and disease testing.

        Penalty: $2 000.
