permit holder operating a hatchery shall ensure that each batch of spat held
in the hatchery is kept separate from other batches of spat in an approved
manner.
Penalty: $2 000.
(2) A licensee or
permit holder operating a hatchery shall take such steps as are necessary, or
as are directed by an inspector, to prevent cross-infection between batches of
spat held in the hatchery.
Penalty: $2 000.
